§ 10. Amendments.

Latest version.
  • A.

The regulations contained in this ordinance are based on comprehensive planning studies and on the need for uniform standards of design and construction for mobile home parks and improvements to carry out the objective of a sound, stable and desirable development. It is recognized that casual change or amendment to the regulations would be detrimental to the achievement of that objective. And it is therefore declared to be the policy of the mayor and board of aldermen of the Town of Ball, Louisiana, to amend these regulations only where there is manifest error in the regulations or where changed or changing conditions make a change in the regulations necessary and desirable.

    B.

Amendments to this ordinance may be requested by any person concerned with or affected by the application of the regulations. A request for amendment shall state the name, address and interest of the person requesting the amendment, the nature and purpose of the amendment requested and the need therefore.
