§ 86-24. Wireless communication devices prohibited while operating a motor vehicle.

The mayor and the board of aldermen hereby adopted R.S. 32:300.5 by reference related to the use of wireless communication devices to write, send, or read a text-based communication while operating a motor vehicle and created an offense with[in] the municipal limits of the Town of Ball, Louisiana. Said revised statute is adopted and referenced as if fully copied herein.
