§ 8. Enlargement or extension.

A.

No mobile home park and no extension or enlargement of a mobile home park shall be constructed without prior approval of the planning commission and the building inspector and any and all extensions and enlargements must be made in conformance with the provisions and specifications herein defined.

B.

Increasing the number of mobile homes in a mobile home park and/or enlarging the land area devoted to this use shall both be considered an enlargement or extension.
