§ 47. Mobile sign permit required.

A.

No mobile sign shall be located or utilized for display purposes on any site or premises unless a sign permit has been issued by the building inspector for that location.

B.

No permit for the erection or placement of mobile signs shall be issued without prior approval of the zoning administrator that its placement is or will be in conformance with chapter 3 of these regulations.
